答案：答:内部融资是指企业筹集内部资金的融资方式,企业内部融资的来源是公司的自有资金,以及在生产经营过程中的资金积累部分。在公司内部通过计提折旧而形成现金,或通过留用利润等增加公司资本。同其他融资方式相比,企业内部融资不需要实际对外支付利息或股息,不会减少公司的现金流量,资金来源于公司内部,不发生融资费用,融资成本最低,所以在具体操作中,这一种融资方式应处于企业主的首选位置。 但内部融资的资金来源有限,有时无法满足企业的资金需要,因此外部融资也是必不可少的。
