Engine change and replacement
Performed the engine run and bore scope. For the damage out of limit, performed the engine run task. Removed and replaced the engines using the hoist equipment assembly. Removed and replaced the fan cowling and thrust reverser cowling, disconnect the hydraulic hoses, pneumatic ducks, fuel hoses, fire extinguishing tubes, electrical harnesses and so on. Install the hoist assembly and cradle. Remove the mounting bolts. Inspect the bolts and mounts using the NDT (none destructive test) method. Storage and transport the removed engine according to procedure.Install the new engine according to the manual. Re-lubrication of the fan blade, LP compressor blades and disc dovetails, engine external gearbox mating face stud inspection. After the new engine installment, performed the engine run to check its service and complete the relevant paperwork.
